SALES / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
As a Sales / Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for growing the number of multinational corporations that we do business with by cold-calling, establishing sales meetings, and selling our services to Human Resource Managers who are responsible for selecting moving companies to relocate their expatriate's household goods. We seek "aggressive" hunters who are extroverted, magnetic, energetic, driven, goal oriented, and customer focused with a proven track record in sales.
Duties:
- Make cold calls to establish sales visits to generate new business
- Make cold calls for market research to assess business opportunities
- Perform cold calls daily with persuasion and eloquence
- Conduct sales presentations to gain marketing information that can be turned into business
- Build, update, and maintain a detailed customer database from your work
- Maintain good relationships with corporate clients
- General sales reports, analyze data and take appropriate action to increase sales revenues
- Follow up sales leads from different sources and our Database
- Attend networking functions, events or cocktails functions
- Share sales leads and operate as a member of a China-wide corporate sales team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous success in telesales and sales
- Confident, self-motivated, and sales-oriented personality with a "go get it" attitude
- Attractive and persuasive voice with good phone manners
- Persistent, cheerful, outgoing, and flexible with a good sense of humor
- Enjoys speaking to and meeting new people
- Able to communicate with different levels of people
- Good detailed organizational skills
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills in Mandarin & English
